Handcrafted Celtic Door Knockers Made in Britain

Enhance your entrance with our beautifully crafted door knockers, expertly made from solid cast iron and designed to combine traditional craftsmanship with lasting durability. Each of our quality Celtic door knockers are proudly manufactured in Great Britain by Lumley Designs, creating a distinctive focal point that adds character and charm to any property.

Traditional Craftsmanship and Timeless Design

Every one of our cast iron door knockers begins with an original pattern created by Robin Lumley, skilled pattern maker and craftsman. Using traditional carving techniques, he develops precise designs that capture fine detail and authentic character. We then produce our cast door knockers at a trusted Black Country foundry renowned for high-quality iron castings.

The result is a collection of elegant door furniture that reflect Britain’s rich heritage of metalworking while delivering exceptional strength and durability.

Built to Withstand the Elements

Our cast iron products receive a protective primer and durable topcoat finish to help resist weathering and maintain their appearance for years to come. This finishing process preserves the intricate details within the design while providing a hard-wearing surface suitable for external use.

Unlike some alternative finishes, our painted coating allows the finer details of the casting to remain sharp and defined. If renovation is ever required, the finish can be restored with relative ease to retain their original character.

Easy to Order
